Roullete, or Roulette, is a casino game that involves spinning a wheel and betting on numbers. The game was likely developed from the Italian game Biribi, and it is played worldwide. The rules of the game are straightforward: The dealer spins a wheel in one direction and rolls a small ball in the opposite direction around a tilted circular track that runs around the outside of the wheel.
